Support is available 8am - 5pm MST for routine assistance and 24 X 7 for emergency restores. We will arrange support calls around your schedule, or you may call us when you're ready. We will be there when you need us most.

Beas’s 24x7 Monitoring is the cornerstone of our Beas’s Remote DBA service. It is the most cost-effective way to monitor the health of your Oracle® and Microsoft® SQL Server™ database systems.
Beas’s 24x7 Monitoring is comprised of industry-proven commercial monitoring tools (powered by Converse Software) acting as a watchdog through a dedicated 3DES 168-bit encryption connection that regularly assesses resources and performance of your database systems. The software provides redundant monitoring of various resources and sends alerts to your Beas’s team. In addition, members of your internal staff can also be alerted.
Our operational infrastructure includes best practices, standards, and procedures implemented by experienced Oracle and Microsoft Certified professionals, along with sophisticated software for system monitoring and reporting, escalation notification, issue tracking, and change management all accessible via an Internet-based Portal.
